Schedule for the winter semester 2023/2024

The schedule for the winter semester of the academic year 2023/2024 has been published in SIS. You can also download the overview timetable.

The following courses are compulsory for first-year students: Historical Comparative Sociology; Reading in Historical Comparative Sociology; Historical Sociology of Knowledge, Culture, and Religion; Methodology of Historical Science; Quantitative Reseach Methodology; Milestones of European historical development in historical and sociological context; Qualitative Research Methodology; Science and Scientific Knowledge from the Perspective of Historical Sociology and Game Theory for Social Scientists.

The following courses are compulsory for second-year students: Introduction to Civilization Studies; Introduction to Civilization Studies - Reading; Sociological Data and Data Archives and Thesis Seminar I.

Course registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on September 19. Students will register themselves only for compulsory-elective (about compulsory-elective courses and specializations) and elective courses, and the secretary will register them for compulsory ones.
